But Jackson and Dean are definately not garbage. Not everyone has the money for Ernieball guitars, and Dean or Jackson do make some pretty impressive guitars... Jackons Custom shop is pretty good too.

For the money they ain't bad. Sure if you went to Ibanez you'd get twice the guitar for half the money, but hey. Dean's are a bit overpriced, but they do last... And some of the higher priced guitars are pretty good. Good pickup's and nice necks, if you like the Les Paul thicker necks (Personally i prefer thiner necks.) Jackson is very disapointing by my standards, but i did like a SL1, Soloist. That was nice, a great sound but £900 :? Still to much. Jackson Custom shop is impressive, and one of the cheapest about (Of course they do cut some corners occasionally which obviously reflects in the cheaper price, but hey. I'm not complaining.) I don't know a lot about Dean's custom shop :shock: Infact, i know nothing! Conclusion? Ibanez > Jackson Custom Shop > Dean > Jackson. Ernieball? Beautiful... Out of my price range?.... ... ... Yes. I could probably afford a Luke but i wasn't too impressed with them. The nicest I was a mate of mine had a custom Halen Sig. Tobacco sunburst. You look and it and think, Woah. It wont play as nice as it sounds.... Bugger me.
