So I preoreder the Special Edition Bundle of In Waves a while back and last week today I received an email that said that the shirt and bundle had been sent. I still have yet to receive it in the mail and am growing ever more impatient. Is there anybody else out there that is experiencing this problem?

We preordered the exclusive bundle back in June, got the confirmation of it, the money was pulled from out account but we have NOT recieved our bundle or have we received ANY responses to the emails we've sent to the webstore. I am SO PISSED OFF right now I will NEVER purchase anything EVER again from this webstore. I will be going to my bank and to the BBB because this is just ridiculous. I have tried calling Artisan Records, Roadrunner Records, and Warner Records and NO ONE will help me. The same response from all of them is "email the webstore again". Ive done it twice and so has my husband.

This is ridiculous. I agree on not buying anything from here again. Still nothing and the album has been out for almost 3 weeks! This is bull shit. GIVE ME MY FUCKING BUNDLE, I DIDN'T PAY ALL THAT MONEY TO WAIT A FUCKING MONTH AFTER THE ALBUM RELEASE DATE TO GET IT! WHATS THE POINT OF PREORDERING IF YOU DON'T EVEN GET IT ON TIME?

Same problem here i preordered the deluxe bundle as soon as it was announced and its been too long and still nothing. I tried calling and emailing but no answer back, never buying ANYTHING from this store again.

Guys, same here. I live in Singapore, so for those of you in the States who haven't received, I guess I'm positively screwed. I'm so pissed off. It's been almost three weeks since it's been released, and I'm dying to hear the fucking album! I sent two emails and haven't gotten a response. Not buying anything from this store EVER again.

I love how emailing store@trivium.org doesn't get you anywhere. I didn't give them my fucking $60 just to get a fucking early download! Where the fuck is my fucking package at. All I want is a goddamn response from the store. Worst costumer service ever!

Seriously, is there any way to get through to these guys? A guy on Twitter has the same problem and he tweeted Matt about it, and Matt replied saying he'd forward the message to Roadrunner and the management. Don't know if it made any difference.

Ive been dealing with roadrunner for the past 1.5 weeks now and its not doing me a damn bit of good. I swear im going to call them every damn day until i get my package.

Lol, WTF!! I got reply from Paolo about it as well. Its amazing that its easier to get a response from THE BAND!! but not the bands store guys.
