That really is unbelievable man. By the way, I FINALLY got a fucking reply from the webstore! Here's what they said;

Joel,
My apologies for the late reply. We show that your order was shipped on 08/04/2011 and has been assigned to our international shipping partner.
Delivery to an overseas address can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the destination. Please allow a few more days to receive your order before we attempt to track your package.
Please let us know if you still have not received the shipment after the allowed shipping timeframe.

Sent an email asking for a refund. Doubt they'll respond. Tired of my emails being ignored. This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced. The people who run the store are fucking morons.

3 more days and the album will have been out for a month and still nothing. Ya I'm definitely never getting anything from this store again and if my package doesn't arrive within a week I'm just gonna give up on it and ask for a refund. I've been way more patient for this than I should be.

Don't get your hopes up. I just got an email from the webstore saying they tracked my package and unfortunately, it got lost in transit. Un-fucking-believable. I wasted a whole fucking month in anticipation, and now I don't even get the fucking bundle even though I pre-ordered it. Just unbelievable.

when i finally got an email from customer service, they said that our order never made it to the warehouse and that they cannot send us the bundle. so they refunded our money and gave us a 10% discount code, like we're ever going to use it. they also claimed to have sent us a free cd/dvd. have yet to receive it. will never purchase anything through the webstore again thats for damn sure.

I got this email today from the store: "Thank you for your order! We regret to inform you that at the current moment Bundle with Medium T-Shirt from order number ############ is on backorder. We expect to have more back in stock within the next two weeks. At that point, your order will be shipped out and you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail," So I have to wait another 2 weeks for them to ship it again, and probably another month after that for them to tell me that it got lost again. This sucks but what can I say, I really want that fucking package.
