i wanted to redeem my code for my free show download, but i don't know where to find the code itself. is it on the ticket somewhere, is it separate? |

The show I attended, we didn't get our tickets, so I have emailed the Triviumworld live help to see what I can do to get my codes. I was suppose to get 3 (2 for the VIP package and 1 for regular ticket for myself) along with 2 (the other 2 regular tickets I got) and ended up with 1 code LOL

According to the emails I received, the code is the barcode on the ticket. If that doesn't work, you will probably have to email them |
