Crusade Vs. Shogun

Posts: 10297 Member #: 12,645 Joined: 09/15/2009	Shogun. But I do like The Crusade a lot. I choose Shogun because it has what I loved about The Crusade mixed with dashings of ETI/Ascendancy plus progression for their sound.

Location: Magnolia, TX Posts: 615 Member #: 10,468 Joined: 09/01/2009	I like The Crusade riffs more but there are some weak songs on the album, Shogun had way better vocals I like The Crusade vocals but the screaming,yelling, and singing make it way better, and all the songs are solid. So I guess Shogun.

Posts: 82 Member #: 20,654 Joined: 09/15/2009	SHOGUN.... but to be fair i love all the albums i dont dislike the crusade but the other 3 albums were alot better, they felt stronger the thing shogun is laking i think is guitar solos it needs more. and more guitar duels .. like gunshot Ascendancy Ember to inferno--\ ---- close to be tied 2nd but ETI just beats it by a hair line shogun ------------/ Crusade

I like The Crusade but that's just because my brothr introduced me to it. Shogun has alot of songs on there that i like,though, and I put the whole CD on my MP3 player! So i guess you could say i like Shogun more. The guitar solos are amazing! My favorite song is Throes of Perdition... the whole song is WICKED!!! "As they're feeding the gods they tell me, they say i'll live, if i die for thier cause!" or at least i think that's how it goes.....

Posts: 19 Member #: 11,354 Joined: 09/15/2009	I like the thrashy sound of The Crusade, but I like Shogun more for its overall heavier sound and the deep growls he occasionally uses. The wide vocal spectrum on Shogun is a huge plus.
