I am Writing to complain about bravado live and their service. I use bravado to purhase trivium items and i have had nothing but trouble with them ever since i have started using them. This is the second time that they have screwed up my order and i am pissed off. I am missing half of my order which i have been waiting for, for god knows how long. Before they sent me the wrong sized hoodie and it was the girls version, no where near ym order. I cannot get hold of them through phone or email. Although the one thing they can do quickly and efficiently is take the moeny from my account. Some one better get this sorted.
Has anyonen else had any of these problems!

yes i have......... I bought my first ever peice of trivium merchandise- ascendency hoodie. didnt arrive after a few weeks-phoned no reply later i got hold of someone who said they would call back-no call!
after 2 months it finally arrived (write size-wow)
On the phone i think they said that they have relocated causing chaos
