Posts: 360 Member #: 19,195 Joined: 09/15/2009	i can play double bass heel down aswell as hell up but i think heel up makes for more stamina when your not great at it(when your good you can do it both).... i usually just work on technique becuase you can always get faster.....+ yes anatomy of a drum solo is fucking amazing!

Writes the lyrics for the band and arranges the drums,the 2 most complex arrangements(most of the time)in Rush. Check out his DVD Anatomy Of A Drum Solo,it'll change you. Has two 35 minutes improvised drum solos which are just.... Just watch the DVD,you'll see.
