QUOTE(Dark_Nation @ Dec 23 2006, 02:15 PM) Its usually best to start learning on the thicker strings, it was for me, also, try reducing how much of your pick hits the string, like tucking it under your thumb, in any case, i recommend Kristofer Dahls Speed Tone And Theory video lesson, its 20 bucks and really great guide to solo guitar.

easier than you think
you just need a signal generator which can push out a frequency of 15Hz. depending on the power of the amp, get the fuck out of there, bass is omni directional, so you'll shit yourself if you are anywhere near it

I think I'd be able to pull off a basic theory video.
I'd like a good lesson on building sweeps though... I can sweep fine, I just want to make my own

Well, that gives me a great idea. My bands already figured out some brain wave generator tricks that we're gonna sneak in as background noise on our ongs. And the brown note is jsut the added touch I need. That way our album will REALLY make you shit your pants. Hahahaha. I dounbt it works though

can someone please explain the brown note to me? I think I know what you're talking about but I'm not 100% sure.
