I've not listened to ANYTHING with a 'folky' atmosphere for a while now, as I seem to be going off all that sort of stuff.. but I just checked these two songs out and thought yeah, they're pretty good. It's heavier (and a little different) than I was expecting..

Glad you like it man Yeah, Mark says it's folky but i don't really hear much folk in it anyway, it's more just atmospheric black/death metal My lyrics are just about personal struggle and being proud of your ancestors anyway, it's not too "folk metal" inspired.

I don't really hear much folk in it either.. and for that reason I'm glad I didn't write it off as 'just another folk metal band' I wouldn't like before listening to it.

I've listened to this before, and it fucking rules.
