Just wondering what everyone's views on the matter was.
Do you believe in life after death? And why.
It seems impossible to me, to not be in exsistance somehow.

then maybe its there for a reason? anyway you can't guarranty anything after death so all you can do is make the most of your life

you have one life, and one life only... live life to the max, as it is so short and you never know when your time will be up... its a sad reality, but its true. Personally i dont think i would want life after death if there was such a thing, i would wanna rest, once my time is up, its up. It is hard to come to terms with it, and i dont like the idea of dying anytime soon, but if it happens, it happens and my time is up... i just hope i go peacefully and not know about it!
Not really appropriate for this thread, but i wanted to share it as a reminder just how short life can be.
My house backs onto a busy main road, and the other night i was here on my computer at about 10pm and i heard a loud and horrific bang, i myself have been in a bad car accident and recognised the sound, i instantly ran out the back with my mobile, i had already dialed for emergency help and i jumped the fence to see two vehicles completely smashed. A Utility had pulled in front of a sedan which had a 3yr old girl, a 1 yr old boy, and a 2 week year old baby, in which the mother was stupidly holding on her lap at the time of the accident. The baby died, the 3yr old is in critical condition, all the adults survived with minor injuries. It was a horrific sight, the worst accident i have seen and it was due to stupidity on all parties. The ute pulling in front of the other car, and the ute was un licensed, the father of the kids blew over the limit cos he had been drinking, the mother for carrying the baby on her lap and the kids in the back, had baby seats but they werent properly strapped into them.
How quickly life is lost, due to things that could have been prevented.... I always told myself life was short, but after seeing such a horrific scene its burned into my head, and its reminding me everyday at the moment that i could go anytime due to others stupidity and poor lack of judgement
Sorry for rambling, just wanted to share this experiance, maybe its cos i wanna talk about it and get it off my chest *shrugs*

Human beings are weak and mentally unstable as a whole.

It's hard to grasp, it confuses me trying to fathom out what it'd be like to not think etc.
thats exactly the same way i am
