Old Trivium World Login
EDIT: By way of introduction, I'm Jeremy Rosen and I head up the online team with Roadrunner Records. I've overseen the development of the site with Laurent, Luke, the band, and the fan club.
EDIT 2: I have been made aware of some possible renewal issues. Both the Trivium and Roadrunner teams are aware of this and are addressing with Artist Arena, the new company managing the fan club. We will have a billing contact up shortly and will make sure everyone who has paid to be a member is taken care of.
Hey fan club members!
I'm trying to help get to the bottom of issues with logging in with your old accounts and passwords. We have all of your old fan club membership data in place.
First things first, is anyone having an issue logging in with the EMAIL associated with their old fan club account and password?
Second, if you are have you tried resetting your password?
Last: if none of this works have you tried logging in with your old user name, but adding trivium at the front like this: trivium-username?

When i click 'forgot password' and type in my old Trivium World account email address it says: "We can't find that account"

I cant log in to my old account. I have tried with trivium-usename, username, email. I come in but i cant get in to special there it says i have to upgrade my account. But i know that im a member!

Hey guys, as we stated in the new news post here, there's an old set of membership data powering this site. We've got the correct set now and should have it in within the next few hours. This should solve problems for MOST of you getting this upgrade thing when you've paid.
If it doesn't, don't worry. We will make sure you're taken care of as well.

was finally able to login, but it's telling me that i don't have a active membership. it says that i was automatically billed $0.00 in august when $29.99 was taken out of my bank account. Hope this is one of the things that will be fixed. Thanks again for all of your help and good luck getting everything worked out.
