performing on stage

ok here's the story. 7 months playin guitar and recital is comin up. Our song is still pretty messed up and I don't get to practice much with the lead guitarist I'm with and heck we have to do a solo simultaneously. Same stuff like Matt advices. Stick with the metronome. Another bad news. Our teacher lowered it from 157 - 120. Anyway dp you guys have any useful advices there? I really don't feel like screwing this one up.

Tell him he's an idiot. You don't play metal sat down unless you're a drummer or Jason Suecof.

the best one was where i jumped into a crowd thinking my guitar lead was long eniugh, it wasnt and so mid solo my guitar ended
but some guy made mouth solos on my mic, and i joined in
it was hilarious
Something funny can come out of something bad

So you want me to go crazy on stage. Heck, that'd be great if I had a better audience. Anyway my other guy and I decided to play entrance of the conflagration. We'd just alternate on it, but should I like stand up or sit down? Dude obviously I should stand up but the other guy sits down.

Get it tight to a metronome as your teacher said. theres not really anything anyone on a forum could to to help.

wouldn't be too sure. He's been playing for less than 2 years and dude he's fast. Told him lots of times to stand up.. but nah he ain't followin, but this time he will now that we're playin a duet.
he asked if we should bang our heads everywhere and all those guitar stunts. Leave it up to you guy to answer that. Btw our audience isn't really a "worthy" one. people who mostly don't appreciate GREATNESS in METAL
