I renewed my account it April 2011 and Im now being told that im a basic member! I mean come on you took my money and sent me a receipt for it!! Plus i still havnt even received the welcome package. This all happened after the website moved over to the In Waves Theme.

Has anyone else has this problem??

I too am having the problem... i was dumb and didn't realize I already have the 2011 and ended up paying for new, but still no change.

I had some issues with going premium, I emailed and they helped - but I still haven't received my welcome package.

I renewed my premium membership and the only response I've gotten was an auto-reply 2 days ago. And I still can't get the premium content. When I called the phone number, I get a recording telling me to send an email. If the email had done the trick, I wouldn't be calling them.

Yeah. Exact same thing here. I have sent like two e-mails to every contact I have found. And. NOTHING. But, the payment went through. It was working for a while. I got my 2012 welcome package. and then boom. All of a sudden I'm not a premium member! The last time this happened to me, it was fixed within a couple hours of my sent email.
