There is a Signatures Request section in the Trivium Media Exchange, however that is mostly due to people who want signatures of Trivium relation, this is for others that wish to have signatures that aren't Trivium related.
Of course it is expected that many members frequent this section more than Trivium Media Exchange. therefore it may be easier for Newcomers to request signatures. and therefore, make it easier for them to get them, as more graphic artists will be able to see said requests.
Personally, I will make signatures for people who wish to have 'Transparent' band logos, as they are relatively easy to do.
But other graphic artists will be able to help in this section as well.
