Forgive me if this has been discussed to death, but I don't visit this forum too often (for whatever reason, I wasn't really too well received last time...lol).....but anyway....
I just listened to "Kirisute Gomen" for the first time about 20 minutes ago...and...

I just shat myself.
This song alone.....BURIES Metallica....RIP. Death Magnetic is OK, has some good stuff and some kinda ok stuff.
This one song from Trivium...just destroys....obliterates everything on DM.
Holy......crap. The Crusade was a brilliant album....but now...I have very high hopes for Shogun to be even better!
Bring on Sept 30th!
Oh...and random concert memory. Trivium wa incredible opening for Maiden just before Christmas in London of 06. I was on the barrier on the left, and brought my American flag.....and held it up throghout their show. Got Matt to come over, shake his fist and mouth "Fuck yeah!"....was a very cool moment.
