QUOTE(Zombiesaregood4yourhealth)my favorite scream tone i can get out of myself is if like, you whisper... but then do it 1000x harder.
dude, not a good idea. When you whisper you are putting pressure on your vocal cords, doing it 100x harder is gonna fuck up your throat. :?

God gave you a diaphragm so effing use it. You got an anus for a reason, so drop it and bellow form your guts (releaving stress form your vocal chords) and scream all day and night.

depends wht ur wanting to improve to what exercises u should be doing...the ones i use are
diaphragm lifts which r basically just there to warm up ur diaphragm b4 u sing...then i do something called nasal fricatives which r to plce the voice in your head....then i do a couple of various scales which r to extend range...then lung expansions which r to extend ur notes and help with breath control so which ones do u think u need to use and ill try my best to explain them to u xxxxxx
