to have a quick listen to this sneak preview from my bands new song? We're pretty excited how this one came out. Recorded this one in February and are in the studio on Saturday to finish the next song for our next release (probably an album, not an EP this time).
Let us know what you think!

I was thinking about the guitar configuration for latest tour and was wondering what guitars they're using for which songs.
Obviously we know that the 7 string ML is being used for the uhh, well, 7 string songs... But I've seen pics of Matt using his trans black ML, but I'm not sure if these were from the Iron Maiden gig.
But anyway, the Myspace show... Matt and Corey are using their 6 string signatures for all the stuff in drop D, so I was wondering if anyone knew what they were using for standard? Are they using other guitars or are they just using the 7 strings without playing the low B?
Just curious because for smaller gigs like the Whiskey I couldn't see them changing just for the standard songs, but then for the bigger gigs will they use more guitars? Like on the Crusade tour, they had about 3 or 4 different guitars per gig. Matt used the white razorback for all the Crusade songs, Black ML for Ascendancy and then he used the Razorback V for Ember to Inferno and Requiem.
Thoughts, anyone?
Hi guys,
I've got Cubase SX2 on my home computer and want to start making some rough demos. What I want to do is to be able to use the MIDI drums which I can program myself, then record actual guitar parts over them and get some stuff laid down semi-decently.
What I'd like to know is how I can record the MIDI drum track to audio? I'm under the impression that I need a soundcard which I can use as a mic preamp and hub to record 'what I hear' from the MIDI tracks.
Is this correct, or what do I need to do? Can anyone recommend a decent external soundcard? I've been looking at the Tascam US 144 but not sure if it suits my requirements.
Cheers!
