Trivium hasn't done a full headlining US tour in ages. I skipped seeing them on mayhem and slipknot tour due to the short set but the upcoming headlining tour should be killer. They can finally play a long set and they have a huge catalog of songs to choose from. Let's tell them what we wanna hear at the show, i'll start it off with 5 songs i wanna see them play:
1.Of Prometheus And The Crucifix
2.Shogun
3.Upon The Shores (this is a shogun outtake, excellent song)
4.And Sadness Will Sear
5.The Deceived
I wasn't a big fan them before but after listening to their new leaked album a couple of times I must say it rocks! Most of the songs are not all out metal but they are well written. When you hear a song like 'A little piece of Heaven' you know that this album is gonna be very diverse and indeed it is. Some songs even have country influence. The singing is a lot less annoying than their previous albums. The guitar harmonies and solos are also very tastefully done. All in all, i think it's a great album.
Just heard the new King Diamond album all the way through and it is brilliant! Excellent songs, melodies, guitarwork and King's singing is just great on this one!
Lamb of God had a 'making of' DVD that came with their latest album which I thought was pretty cool. Any chance of Trivium including a DVD with The Crusade?
