Yeah, I read somewhere that Raymond Hererra & Christian Olde Wolbers (ex-Fear Factory members for those who don't know) where suing them because they said that Dino and Burton had made a new band but used the Fear Factory name, which was, contractually, all four of them... Despite the fact that Dino wasn't on the latest 2 records, of course.
