Some Rhetoric, clease the world of disease, but at the same time capabilities to cause new disease fueled by the cleasing. Logically the abundance of life receiving substanance from the universe will say but one thing "What we heal will only disease certain others." To me this has a phagan touch to it, without seeking retrobution mankind will seek and develop substances so we will move in enheightenment to grow from such an abundance of energy.
