I had to make another account due to this problem. I signed up for the full membership and the site or something won't let me log into it. I check my email and I got a receipt, but then I check my bank account and there was no change. This was yesterday afternoon when this began. Someone please help me out here, I don't want my thirty dollars going to nothing.
