    "I renewed my premium membership and the only response I've gotten was an auto-reply 2 days ago. And I still can't get the premium content. When I called the phone number, I get a recording telling me to send an email. If the email had done the trick, I wouldn't be calling them."



    Yeah. Exact same thing here. I have sent like two e-mails to every contact I have found. And. NOTHING. But, the payment went through. It was working for a while. I got my 2012 welcome package. and then boom. All of a sudden I'm not a premium member! The last time this happened to me, it was fixed within a couple hours of my sent email.
