Hello all,

I wasn't sure where to post this introduction so admins, forgive me if this is the wrong section. I'm The_Blode and I'm new here. I'm a huge fan of Trivium. I recently parted ways with the official Slipknot forum as it really is going down the pan. I think a lot of the "maggots" know this but are powerless to stop it. I was victimised for being myself. The band isn't in a much better state either...success has really gotten to some of them. However, I really respect members like James Donald Root who are actually really down to earth guys. I thought their last release was half-hearted and mediocre at best. I get a lot of stick for my love of Trivium but that doesn't affect me in the slightest. Heafy might get bashed for his "he man" attitude or his apparent arrogance, but I feel very inspired by him, his music and his attitudes towards life. I hope that I'll be accepted more so than I was over at the Slipknot forums,
