The band has been kinda laying low and been taking some R&R before recording to stay fresh. I know some of the last videos of the week havent really been content heavy with info as you probably were hoping for haha we havent been doing much so there hasnt been much to make videos of, we are starting up some jamming/writing sessions before xmas so we will have some new video stuff from that. and also once we start recording the new album there will be alot of cool stuff . Ramon will be filming the recording again.

i mentioned before about showing everyone some riffs, tips and shit like that.. since we have been so busy recording and working on demos/new music there hasnt been much time to set up a video lesson thing so i figured since everyone knows the song pretty well i would tab out the chorus to shattering. AFter looking at tabs and videos it seems like the chorus is the part of the song that no one has been able to figure out correctly. i tabbed out the right notes but its to much of a pain to tab out the rhythm and multiple hits on the same chord.. so here are the right notes and im sure you can figure out the open D picking and the picking on the chord movements! hope this helps

hey everyone


things are starting back up tomarrow with the demo recording process for the new songs should be fun. Our sound guy and myself have been at the rehearsal pad this weekend hooking up my pro tools hardware and rewiring all the signal from the board so we should be up and recording in the next few days. We had a little break for hte last week so i ended up going to See RAtt which was a great time and last night went to a local even for a Dio tribute show which was alot of fun, and enjoyed myself alot of jager. When paolo gets back up here hopefully we can get started on the how to play videos i was talking about a while ago, see how much we can fit in while we are busting ass on all these recordings we got to finish soon. Well thats all i got for now will check back in once we get demos started.

things are moving along with the writing of the album. finished our 14th song today and got half of what will be song 15 . really cool stuff, one song is intense as fuck and one of of the most demanding picking songs we have written , def got to be warmed up to play that one. our goal was to shoot for 16 tunes so we are almost there and still got lots of time before we have to record anything so we might just keep writing if we get the inspiration to . But lots of time still to revise and touch up these songs so its nice.. recording plans are still up in the air might have to push recording back a month but hopefully it will stay on schedule! the Archangel is coming down beginning of next week to have a hang out and have a some chat time about the album and rock him some new tunes!

hey everyone

we just had a great 2 weeks of jamming and putting tunes together, we got 10 songs together pretty quickly and did alot of work to them faster then we have ever done before which is a great feeling! we are taking a long weekend to take a mental break and also give each us individual time to rework some song ideas before getting back together to start jamming em out. Songs are sounding really tight so far and we still have a couple months to keep improving ideas and trying all sorts of different vocal ideas. we have a song that is all screaming and 2 songs that are all singing and a bunch that have the traditional trivium scream/sing combo so its all very exciting to play and hear it come together!
